Do I have to buy a car from you to sell mine?

Nope. We'll buy your vehicle outright with no obligation to purchase anything. Of course, if you do want to trade it toward something on our lot, we'll make that easy too.

Do you only buy Fords, Chevys, Subarus, and Jeeps?

Not at all. Any make, any model, any year. If it has four wheels and a title, Mike wants to see it.

Can you buy my leased vehicle?

In most cases, yes. We'll check the payoff with your leasing company, and if our offer is higher than what you owe, that difference is yours. It can be a great way to get out of a lease early or skip the turn-in fees at the end.

What if I still owe money on my car?

That's common and not a problem. We'll contact your lender, pay off the balance, and give you a check for whatever's left over. If you owe more than the car is worth, we'll walk you through your options.

How long does the appraisal take?

Plan on 30 to 45 minutes for the inspection and offer. If you accept, paperwork usually adds another 30 minutes or so.

Is the online estimate my final offer?

The online tool gives you a solid starting range based on your inputs. Mike confirms the final number after seeing the vehicle in person, and he'll explain any difference.

Will you buy a car with high mileage or some damage?

Yes. We buy vehicles in all conditions. Just be upfront about what you know and Mike will price it fairly.

How long is my offer good for?

Your offer is good for 7 days from the time of appraisal, so there's no need to decide on the spot. Take it home, sleep on it, and come back when you're ready.
