The short version: we come get your vehicle, we service it, and we bring it back. You never leave your driveway or your desk.

How It Works

1. Schedule your service. Call our service department at 845-876-4440 or book online. Let us know what your vehicle needs, whether it’s an oil change, tire rotation, NYS inspection, recall work, or a repair.
2. Tell us when and where. Home or work, whatever is easiest. We serve customers within 15 miles of our Rhinebeck location.
3. We pick it up. A member of our team arrives at your scheduled time and brings your vehicle to our service center, where our certified technicians take care of the work.
4. We bring it back. Once service is complete, we return your vehicle to you. You’ll get updates along the way by phone, text, or email, whichever you prefer.

The pickup and delivery itself is complimentary. You only pay for the service work, the same as you would at the dealership.

Driveway Service Is an Option Too

For certain jobs, we can skip the trip entirely. Our mobile service unit can handle select recalls, software updates, flat tires, battery jump starts, and more, right in your driveway. When you call, tell us what’s going on with the vehicle and we’ll let you know whether it’s a mobile job or a pickup job.

Timing tip from our team: if you’re hoping for same-day turnaround, call early. The sooner we hear from you in the morning, the better the odds your vehicle is back in your driveway that evening.

A Few Things to Know

• Your vehicle needs to be drivable. If it won’t start or isn’t operational, that’s a roadside assistance situation rather than a pickup.
• Both warranty work and customer-pay repairs are eligible.
• Complimentary pickup and delivery availability can vary based on scheduling and FordPass Rewards program details, so ask when you book.
